Review about Airtel Customer Support

Sometime, you can not imagine that the company you are admiring for their services, their support or whatever you are dealing with them.

But, unfortunately, one day you get hurt byt their cheap behavior.

That is why I decided about to write my reviews on this painful experience and collect other people's reviews on this issue.

I was very loyal with mobile service provide Airtel since the day first when I bought my first mobile handset in March 2005.

That day I can not forget because I got my first job and then I bought my first mobile set and opted my first mobile connection as airtel.

Also I praise airtel for their each plan I used for long 5 years till Dec 23,2016.

But suddenly something happened worst with the services of airtel and that was so painful for me being an airtel's loyal and old customer that force me to write my painful experience in the form of review.

Please read about my worse experience with airtel during the month of Dec 2015 to Feb 2016.


What happened with me being an airtel's loyal customer?

I had recharged netpack of Rs.255/- for 3G on Dec,25,2015 and after that recharged my account with Rs.390/- as talk time but whole my money wiped out in just 24 hours.

I did not complaint about because at that time I was on roaming.

And I thought that roaming was the reason.

But again I recharged online with Rs.390/- and again history repeats itself. 

within just 24 hours whole amount approximately Rs.340/- had been deducted by airtel.

What airtel customer executives told me?

On calling airtel, their response was not up to the mark. 

Their executive were not cooperative and sensible. 

They even don't know how to behave with the customers in any critical situation.

I told them that my net pack is still pending and it is more than 1023 mb (1gb+) then how they can deduct all my talktime balance.

But simply, he refused to do anything in this case.

  1. Gurbaksh Singh 7.00pm on Jan-09-2016 Call disconnected after hold by executive
  2. Deepak Kumar 7.12pm on Jan-09-2016 Call transferred to Senior executive Sunil after a long wait and he said that this can not be rectified.

I have paid Rs.1035/- for just 15 days without actual using all my money and net pack.

LATES UPDATE as on Feb 2, 2016 –

Today I received a phone call from airtel and Mr. Tushar was talking on behalf of airtel. 

He politely communicate with me and assured me to resolve my concern. 

I told him that my concern was not to get my money back but the concern was about the mismanagement and the non-cooperative staff.

And the staff who were picking my calls were manner-less and not supportive. 

Also they were not so trained to handle critical queries. 

Mr. Tushar assured me that he has only Jan 2016's history data and for Last month December 2015 when the problem actually arose, he is forwarding the concern with the concerned department. 

Then I again received a call from Mr. Parhant from airtel today at 6:30pm and he also assured me to discuss the matter with the concerned authority and he put me on hold then disconnected. 

He again tried to call me but coincidently at that time I was talking with someone and he just sent me a message that "Thank you for contacting. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 9876127042 has been resolved to your satisfaction." 

BUT my question is how he can send that bloody fake message whereas the concern is not fully resolved. 

I have all the call records with me and soon I am going to publish a review on my blog and all the recorded voice.

LATEST UPDATE as on Feb 01, 2016

Today I received a reply on my comment given on airtel india's facebook page:-

"Airtel India Hi Mohinder, this is with reference to our last discussion, we have shared the relevant details with you. Rgds, Monika"

Then I replied:-

Miss Monica, what details you shared with me, can you update on this page because, you were not listening to my complaint as mentioned in full details above in this comment where you replied. 

My concern is not resolved yet. 

And my deducted money is not received yet. You people had deducted Rs.340/- and Rs.390/- two times without any call by me. 

There were on 3 or 4 cals for 1 to 2 minutes each. 

I was a well wisher of airtel but now I am writing online on my several blogs as a review against airtel because airtel is a fraud company and appointing fraud, cheat and mannerless employees who are not giving proper details and even not listening our genuine complaint. 

THIS IS VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE BEING AN FRAUD AIRTEL CUSTOMER. 

Now I am going to port my number to IDEA CELLULAR the best mobile company.

LATEST UPDATE as on 29th Jan 2016

Hi Dimpy, this is very painful for me being an airtel customer for the last 6+ years. 

My problem is not resolved yet. Yesterday I had a telephonic call with your 2 executives and they checked my mobile net pack and talktime history and found that my money was deducted without any reason and they assured me to wait for 2 days. 

But today, I received one message on my mobile that we were trying to contact you but you on my number 9876127042 but unable to contact you and will call me back. 

Then how can you say that the highlighted concern has been resolved. 

No, it is still pending and I will raise this issue in court.

You people are just making us fool.

Dear Prabhjot, I have not received any response from your end till date. 

I have still 1030mb data pending in my internet balance and it is going to expire on 21-Jan-2016. 

But your team member sent me a message today that your balance was deducted due to low balance of internet data. 

How it is possible? You can check my balance details toll today only as tomorrow as on 21st Jan 2016 is expiry date of my validity. 

Now you guys are totally speaking lie because I mentioned above that I had recharged two times with Rs.390/- each talktime and Rs.255/- for internet data pack. 

But still you guys deducted my talktime balance instead of using my internet pack balance as stated in above status.

Today I received a message with Ref. ID:CWRCH30109079411 that I had not sufficient balance in my net pack that is why they deducted whole amount or Rs.327.624 from my main account.

Are you guys gone mad. I clearly wrote that I recharged three times, two time recharged was for talk time and the amount each time was Rs.390/- and one time I recharged for internet pack and amount was Rs.255/-.

How you can say that my net pack balance was low?

Can you justify?

No you can't justify and I am going to consumer court with all the evidences I have in my mobile and others.
