Review about Connect Broadband Customer Support

Today I again called connect customer care support to confirm whether I will get waver on my internet bill or not.

Because, last month my connect internet was down for continuously 3 days.

But they simply refused to give waver in my bill and saying that the call was attended and resolved within 3 days.

What a ridiculous response!!!

My whole business suffered in those 3 days and they are making a unacceptable excuse.

What type of service connect is giving?

Now I have decided to disconnect this connect internet connection and switch to BSNL for better services.

This is my humble request to all the users of internet that never ever use internet connection of Connect Broadband.
