Review about Airtel Customer Support - Latest Update

LATEST UPDATE as on 29th Jan 2016

As usual, I received a reply on my comment posted on airtel's facebook page.

And the executive wrote that the deducted money was due to uses of my net pack. 

Then I replied to that comment as follows:-


Hi Dimpy, this is very painful for me being an airtel customer for the last 6+ years. 

My problem is not resolved yet. 

Yesterday I had a telephonic call with your 2 executives and they checked my mobile net pack and talktime history and found that my money was deducted without any reason and they assured me to wait for 2 days.

But today I received one message on my mobile from airtel that "we were trying to contact you but you on my number 9876127042 but unable to contact you and will call me back."

Then how can you say that the highlighted concern has been resolved. 

No it is still pending and I will raise this issue in court.


You people are just making us fool. 

I am just collecting all the proofs to show when it will be asked in court.
