Review about Airtel Customer Support - Latest Update

Latest Update as on March 12, 2016 about Airtel's Commitment

Today is almost 4 months passed that I am following up with airtel to look into the issue of wrongly deducted my money without using internet and talk time which airtel executives had confirmed me over phone and partially reimbursed my deducted money but that was not even half of my deducted money.

What was Airtel's Executive Committed me?

The commitment of Airtel Executives Mr. Tushar and Mr. Parshant was that they have checked my talktime history and internet usage and found that my money was really deducted wrongly without using. 

And they will reimburse my whole deducted money. But in reality, they did just nothing except reimbursing a little amount which is less than half of the deducted money

Their commitment was also fake as the services being promised by the airtel in their advertisements all over the world.

What Airtel Customer Care Executives are Doing?

I was getting phone calls from Airtel executives one after another and everyone was promising me that they will look into the matter and will surely resolve my issue.

But everything is going just like any fake political promises and I am struggling on daily basis by updating on everywhere including airtel's facebook page on regular basis.

They are just replying on my facebook status that they are doing their best to resolve the issue but it is almost 4 months over and nothing has been done by airtel.
